Young Meets Old
The girls always enjoy meeting puppies. So do I.
Sometimes the puppies aren't so sure they're eager to meet the girls, so wolf-like in appearance. This eight week old Golden puppy is a little...reluctant. Smart girl that she already is, she assumes a non-threatening seated position as we approach.
The puppy realizes Meadow is sweet and mellow, and gives as good a sniffing as she gets. Watching, I marvel that Meadow herself was once so small.
The puppy finally sniffs Maia's muzzle as well. Such a sweet thing, curious yet cautious.
